Title: National Sales Manager

Micro Air a division of Metal-Fab, Inc. (Wichita, Kansas) a well established
manufacturer of industrial air cleaning equipment is searching for a highly
motivated national sales manager.

Summary:This position is responsible for the sale of the organizations’
products globally, with primary emphasis in North America and the
management of the sales staff. 

Job Requirements: 
• Business degree or equivalent experience
• 5 plus years of sales and management experience
• Industrial sales experience preferred
• Strong sales presentation skills
• Prior experience with manufacturers reps desired
• Product development experience
• Strategic planning and budgeting
• Self motivated
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Dependable
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• 40 percent travel
• The successful candidate must reside in the Wichita metro area 

Compensation: 
• Base plus bonus
